Success Stories

As part of the over 40 something crowd, my wife and I had worked out trying different things to improve our fitness and seemed like we were killing ourselves for little gain.  We were recommended  to try kettlebells with Anthony by a friend.  As for myself, at the start, my core strength and posture were suffering due to my job sitting too much and experiencing ongoing back issues and discomfort and knew I had to do something different.  After the first few sessions, it was obvious we were doing something special for ourselves!!

It’s been over a year now and I can personally attest that the results have been staggering.  My wife and I literally feel as fit, if not better, than we were in high school or college, especially in terms of flexibility and overall strength. We are very busy people and our energy level is outstanding.  Although, not a goal, I did lose over 40lbs in a few months.  People ask us what are we doing and it’s sometimes difficult to explain, but training with Anthony works.  The exercises are not at all time-consuming and very efficient which is important for busy people like us with little free time and kids.  I don’t waste my time in gyms anymore and enjoy walks, bike rides and fishing when I can also.

Simply, Anthony saved me!!  Better yet, I really enjoy the workouts and they are always different and never boring and I always feel better when I leave!!  For those of you looking to add something different to your workout routines, I would definitely recommend Anthony and already have to their own success.   Good luck, Anthony, and thank you!!

Since Anthony introduced me to kettlebells my back has never hurt even after hours of driving, sitting, or hitting golf balls. People regularly come up to me saying I look different…especially commenting on my recent arm and shoulder development.
