Kettlebell Klassess Starting in June

Kettlebell Klassess will be starting in June.
-Instructed by Anthony D’Agostino RKC.
-Klasses are for beginners to advanced athlete.

Locations will be…

Margate: Huntingdon and the Beach (good parking)
-Thursdays @ 5:30pm, beginning June 7, 2007

Linwood: Ballpark, meet in playground area.
(day and time to be announced)

-Klasses will be under 1 hour.

All You will need:
Wear soft shoes or no shoes. Bring towel and water. Spring water is available for $1.

Prepare to work hard and impress Yourself. Easy to learn and extremely FUN!! Expect amazing results.
